Over at Akihabara in Japan, there's a store simply titled "The Container" that describes itself as a "limited shop". It is a store that offers special collectables which are only available for a limited period of time - the idea being that if you miss, you miss out ~forever~.
At the moment, from the 11th to 20th of March 2020, they're offering limited edition Konami-themed to their shop which just happens to include a new set of Goemon collectables!
As seen in the Tweet above, there is a new Gashapon set dedicated to Ganbare Goemon 3 which offers sprites of Goemon characters, as well as familiar-looking items, in a cool looking acrylic. Photographs of these can be seen below:
There's been Goemon-related gashapons in the past, however I wouldn't be surprised if this is the newest set in 20 years!
It's unfortunate that it's a limited time deal, but those lucky enough to near Akihabara can hopefully grab some at 500 yen each. (Feel free to send any doubles my way!)
